RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To submit a return request, sign in to your Customer Account.

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or returns page, and then request a return.

Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order you want to return.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund or store credit if applicable.

To submit a return/exchange request, sign in to your Customer Account.

Click "Request return" for the order you want to return.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click "Request return".

If you are trying to exchange an item, please email customer support at support@tasteetreasures.com to notify the store of your request before completing the return process for your order.

Shipping

For orders over $40, Free USPS First Class service with tracking is available when shipping to the USA.

Standard Shipping Times: Orders placed before 1pm EST should be received within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). **Covid-19 may alter shipping times but have not changed TasteeTreasures operations at this time**

For orders over $50, Free USPS First Class service with tracking is available when shipping Internationally.

Standard International Shipping Times: Orders placed before 1pm PST should be received within 5-15 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided when available. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

CARE GUIDE

TasteeTreasures wants you to keep wearing and showing off your new underwear. This means you have to take care of them! Here are a few tips for keeping your underwear in their best condition.

Hand washing or washing on a delicate cycle with link items is always recommended. Air dry or delicate low heat cycles are also suggested for long lasting results. 

We know the tags in underwear can be confusing (and sometimes irritating on skin) so before removing use the chat provided to understand the recommended instructions for long lasting wear.
